Kulak Construction Ltd. has been established in February 2020, and has significantly grown since in the scale of projets, the quality of work and the speed of completion. From small duplex renovations in 2020, all the way to commercial new construction multi residential buildings.

We are vertically integrated construction company. This means that we do our own demolitions, foundations, framing, siding, windows and doors, plumbing, electrical, roofing, insulation, drywall, flooring, kitchens, decks and landscaping. We do it all in house. We do not have sub contractors so there are no delays and no overhead.

With over half a decade of building experience, we have the full team setup, architects, engineers, surveyors and all the right contacts with the city.

We are looking to expand the areas we can serve, currently serving Halifax Regional Municipality, Nova Scotia.
