Kulak Construction Ltd. has been founded in Feb 2020 to serve as a builder for new construction multi unit residential housing.

Kulak Construction Ltd. is a vertically integrated construction company. This means that we do our own demolitions, foundations, framing, siding, windows and doors, plumbing, electrical, roofing, insulation, drywall, flooring, kitchens, decks and landscaping. We do it all in house. We do not have sub contractors so there are no delays and no overhead.

We are looking to expand the areas we can serve, currently serving Halifax, Nova Scotia and Calgary, Alberta.
